When systolic bp<90 mmhg tokhon 500 ml normal saline over 10 -15 minutes Dewar por 1 l normal saline over 1 hour dilam..after 1 hour ki 0.45% 500 ml normal saline dibo???????
vaia, 1) IV potassium ki direct dibo?
2) bolus insulin ta ki rapid acting?
