    in case 1 to decide which diabetes a patient has we need to gather the pivotal points the ketones are a start although not exclusive to type 1 PMH has 2 risk factors for type2 her BMI shows she is underweight for me it does not help it may confuse more than help since PMH did not mention any other autoimmune disease which is common to occur with type 1 I assume there is none and never has been what about B cell auto antibodies ?
