All I can say is having diabetic neuropathy for 12 years that includes paresthesia on my arms that after being on the keto diet for a couple of months my paresthesia is all but gone and my foot discomfort is far less annoying. I cant tell if the partial numbness in my feet has decreased but the continuous fluctuating of my nerve irritation has calmed down to the point where I’m unaware of it for significant periods of time plus walking feels a lot better.

Hi. If I may, can you give an example of what you eat on keto thats been helping you out. I got same as you and within 6 months, body numb, burn, pain and so on from nothing. Keto all over shows it helps loose weight, I really cant afford to loose more weight, any suggestions or site references would help greatly. Also not diabetic, blood tests, x rays and everything normal but need an idea on what to eat to maintain weight

Its still surprise me, just how a lot of people have no idea about Custokebon Secrets, although lots of people get good result because of it. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I have lost a ton of weight with it without starving myself.
