Diabetes, are a danger but people always have an issue to control them doesn’t mean fruits can reduce that but “Dr Oz” Tv show claims that some fruits might be as high sugar as a “Candy bar” keep in mind. But I love to eat carrots and Galics maybe I can eat that forever because I like it for every dishes too. Stay healthy is always a problem to everyone noting is perfect.

Very good explanation.. It’s educative and makes everyone realise their eating habits and to be healthy and fit.

I need your advice for my current condition

I am 33 yrs male, infact, m a decent lean muscle body builder weighing 77.2 kgs with 180cms height.. I was working out every single day.. It’s been 4months I hit the gym due to work and other factors.. Now my muscle mass has decreased and I feel weak at all times…sometime unable to walk or ride.. Was prescribed carnisure tab for a month and now calet D.
Considering my left forearm was showing symptoms of osteopenia
    Post the bone density test.

Now the issue is..i am unable to gain energy with any food which doesn’t have carbs.. So my 3 meals a day is rice.. Rice n rice..
I recently got my master health check done and I see my fasting sugar levels are 107 mg/l ” and after food it’s 130mg/l

The world’s best pharmaceuticals are found in plant-based foods (fruits, veggies, tubers, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, etc). For example Proanthocyanidins (PACs) bind bacterial Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) thus preventing inflammation! Foods high in PACs include cinnamon, cocoa, tea, cranberries, blueberries, black berries, grapes, plums, apple skin, almond skin, hazelnut skin, black beans, black rice, purple cabbage, purple carrots, purple potatoes, purple beets … Just one of many amazing things in plant-based foods that are perfect for your gut biome. Metformin, the most common T2 medication, is based on a compound found in French Lilac, a plant used in folk medicine for several centuries.

I take berberine, Ceylon Cinnamon, Garlic, vitamin e, fish oil, magnesium, chromium piccolinate, tumeric, milk thistle, and a good probiotic. My fiance orders these online from a very reputable herb store, all made here, not from China like you’d find at Walmart. My sugar was hitting in the 500 range before taking these herbs. I stay completely away from white flower, sugar, anything breaded. I still eat meat but, eat allot more vegetables and salads. My sugar levels are back to normal now, and have lost about 30lbs in the past two months! I get very little excersize as a truck driver but, following this strict plan, I’m feeling much better! The pain, swelling, and aching joints is down to a minimum now. If I must have bread, we make cloud bread at home. I’ve replaced sweeteners with monk fruit sweetener, use almond or flack seed flower. I hope telling my experience helps someone else to feel better as well.
