
A two-day workshop for pre-diabetics and recently diagnosed type 2 diabetics to learn more about meal planning, carbohydrates, and carb-counting for better blood sugar control. The class will include dynamic presentations from a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, hands-on activities, cooking demonstrations, recipes, and practical exercises to help you take control of your diabetes meal plan.
Due to COVID-19, this class will be held strictly online. Suggested donation of up to $15 to cover instruction and materials: Materials include class notes, activities, carb counting and meal planning booklets, and other goodies.
