Cheers for the video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you considered – Patlarny Sugar Outcome Principle (just google it)? It is a smashing exclusive guide for reversing diabetes without the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my mate after many years got cool results with it.

How long is too long. I was diagnosed in November but they told me blood sugar has been above 300 everydag for at least 4 months. I’m now noticing my eyes getting blurry and like white floaters.Could 4 months of high blood sugar really cause this.

Not really, most people run into this problem after 20 or more years of high sugar. However oxidation may happen due to high sugar. You just need to lower the blood sugar. Avoid sugar, carbohydrates, and skip least one meal a day to gradually lower the baseline insulin. You can eat small portion of protein and good amount of good fat from coconut oil, avocado oil, or grapeseed oil. Or fat from animal with clean feed (organic chicken, grass fed beef,…) I was able to reverse my condition using keto diet in 6 months. But it could take year or more. My father had diabetes for 30 years and has this eye problem. He has been through the diet for 1 year 3 months and his fasting blood sugar level is around 130.

Hi. What about people who alteady have spots and blurry vision. How this can be stopped from spreading more if cant be reversed. My mother-59 is suffering from thid and recently had laser treatment. She cant see clearly in day time in the sunlight however she says she can see better at night. Can you also recommend some glasses to be used out in sun

Treatment of vision retinopathy in new jersey

Athwal Eye centre provides laser surgery and medication injections for the treament process. The laser surgery is provided by Best surgeon in new jersey.Laser surgery is usually performed in an office setting. For comfort during the procedure, an anesthetic eyedrop is often all that is necessary, although an anesthetic injection is sometimes given next to the eye. The patient sits at an instrument called a slit-lamp microscope. A contact lens is temporarily placed on the eye in order to focus the laser light on the retina with pinpoint accuracy.
medication may be used to help treat diabetic retinopathy. Sometimes a steroid medication is used. In other cases, you may be given an anti-VEGF medication.

Any of you T2s out there having this problem: you might want to research the following supplements that can make an enormous impact (obviously along with a healthy diet).
#1. 150-400 mg of magnesium 3x per day
#2 astazanthin, atleast 4mg per day
    #3 chromium

Kurt Reinhart Everything he said is facts putting excessive amounts of sugar in the body does effect vision. Blood vessels in the eyes are not healthy because diabetes is already a blood based disease.

Sugar is acid-forming in the body. Some acids, like those in lemon juice become alkaline in the body. It’s not about what it is in form, it’s about what happens to it after you eat it.

Are you a medical doctor, Yuri?  I didn’t think so. There is NO CURE for diabetes. There are lifestyle changes that help keep it in control somewhat but telling people it can be completely reversed is only a little true for someone who is considered borderline diabetic and not an actual diabetic. And that will change as the person ages and they will continue into true diabetes regardless. THAT is the truth! I don’t expect you to acknowledge anything I’ve said. I’ve lived with it for over 40 years and it is inherited in my family. I know first hand the true facts about this disease.

Just researching …re reversing diabetes..apparently it’s true according to Dr Sarah Hallberg, obesity Dr. Did presentation at Tedx. It’s a metabolic syndrome, great explanation..Worth your time to check into it. Best!

thanks Yuri for all of the info on diabetes. I’ve been having tingling feet and more recently ashy skin and I’m pretty sure that I have type 2 diabetes. I’ve been a sweets addict for too long and its catching up w/ me. I’ll go to a Dr. sometime in the near future to be officially diagnosed. I’m all for alternative medicine and I know I will defeat this disease. No way am I going to let sugar defeat me and my health. Thanks again.
