Full Day Diabetic Meal Plan!!! Easy !Healthy! Tasty

This video gives a diabetic meal plan for a full day for vegetarians.It has been designed to be as close to a regular meal as possible, keeping in mind the nutritional requirements.
On Waking
Methi seeds 1 Tbsp
Water 1 glass

6 a.m.
Coffee/tea/
Milk 100 ml

Breakfast
Wheat rava upma
Broken wheat/Daliya 1 cup
Water 3 cups
Onion 1 chopped
greenchillies 2 chopped
Ginger a small piece chopped
Green peas 1 tbsp
Cabbage 4 Tbsp chopped
Salt
oil 1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds1/4 tsp
urad dal1/4 tsp
Dry red chilli 1
Curry leaves a few

tomato Kara chutney

Midmorning
Buttermilk 1 glass
Salt
curry leaves
Roasted & powdered cumin seeds

Lunch
Hand pounded rice 1 cup
Water 2 cups

Bittergourd curry
Bittergourd 2 pieces
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds1/4 tsp
Uraddal 1/4 tsp
Onion 1 chopped
Salt
Dry red chilli 2
Tamarind extract 2 Tbsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Sambar powder 1 tsp

Palak dal
Thuvar dal/pigeonpea lentil 1/4 cup
talk 2 bunches
Onion 1
Tomatoes 2
salt
Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 Tsp

Salad
Cucumber ,onion, tomato sliced
Curd 1/2 cup

Teatime
Sundal/Fruit
Chick peas/kabuli channa 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder a pinch
Salt
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Urad dal 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Dry red chilli 1
Hing/asafoetida a pinch
Salt
Coriander leaves a few

Dinner
Chappathi
Wheat flour
Salt

Cabbage Kootu
Cabbage 1/4 kg
Split moong dal 1/4 cup
Cooked Thuvar dal 1/4 cup
Salt
Turmeric powder a pinch
Sambar powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 Tbsp
Onions 2chopped
Ginger a few pieces
Green chillies 2
Curry leaves a few
Tomato 1 ripe
Garam masala 1 tsp
oil 1 tsp
mustards seeds1/4 tsp
Cumin sees 1/2 tsp
Hing/asafoetida a pinch

Cucumber raita
Curd 1/2 cup
grated cucumber 1/2
salt
chilli powder

Clear soup
Dal water 1/2 cup
Salt
Pepper powder
Boiled vegetables(optional)
Coriander leaves

Lady's finger Vatha Kuzhambu
tamarind lemon size ball
Oil 1 Tbsp
mustard seed 1/4 tsp
urad dal 1/4 tsp
dry red chilli 2
ladies finger 3 -4 chopped
sambar powder 2-3 tsp
Asafoetida a pinch
Curry leaves a few
salt

Tomato kara chutney(thakali Chutney)

      It seems that you really have a understanding problem. We shouldn’t forget that this isn’t a fighting zone. So use your common sense somewhere else.
