Thank you for putting this online. I’m definitely insulin resistant and I haven’t been diagnosed for diabetes yet however a lot of people in my family have diabetes so ‘m paying attention as if it’s a big storm coming.
Do only dieting that’s the treatment for diabetes … Go on keto diet low card moderate protein and high fat is the solution…

@Natural Remedies For You Diabetes type 2 and 3 can be resolved in almost all cases by eliminating or severely restricting carbohydrates.
I’m so glad I strayed and heard the story about how your wife reversed her type 2 diabetes, Especially the end part where you showed me ecactly how to do it for myself. @Natural Remedies For You There is no control. Either diabetes is or it is not. Be it a human of any age one can ride down that slippery slope of food intake that begs insulin to be on more than off. Can diabetes be controlled? Call it being managed or being controlled, I see it as the management and the controlling is always toward allowing no life style change to be made… just let the person keep on keeping on. Of course you can tell that took that route that management and control was via a third party… an outside source. However, there is the opportunity for the individual to control and manage themselves. Can that be taught?

That’s crazy and if you see in her older videos she was bigger too on her vegan diet. So am I now. I tried keto once and I obviously wasn’t doing it right. I’m going to try low carb again in the right way.
