Sir, how do you secure the chandelier So that it gives even light all around the fundus. When I use the chandelier keeps falling on one side or the other. How to stabilise it so that it projects perpendicular to the inner wall of eye.

I tape it with a steristrip loop. And direct it when needed. There are chandeliers easier to redirect, synergetics awh, alcon torpedo o vitreq 29g with moving actuator (the best and the most expensive)
