Khair alchohol jyada se jyada 60-100 ml. vodka best hai. isase jyada mat lena. agar aap abhi jyada le rahe ho jaisa kee mai dekh sakta hu to itane level par aa jao. Nahi to lever par bahut bura prabhav padega. Jindagee maje lene ke liye hai. lever barbaad kar doge to kaise maje loge. ha ha hah

Sir, I was very severely diabetic, my post food sugar used to be around 260. But I was made to give up smoking, and I started doing meditation and stress reduction. Now my normal sugar readings are 110 to 135, my doctor has asked me to stop taking metformin now It’s my personal experience that diabetes is psychosomatic in certain cases.
Can u pls expain because when i am in stress my sugar reading increase.
Sir my husband is diabetic fasting count always comes on 200 n above pp comes comparably lower side now sugar becomes unmanageable it’s become consistent HBA1C count is 184 dr has prescribed Isryl M 1 forte n Dynaglipt is he on right medication ? Plz reply I’m very much worried
