I was taking ACV capsules for almost two weeks then had bloodwork taken. That along with reducing sugar intake… my blood glucose was 21 points lower! I cannot verify it was the ACV only or a combination of what I’m doing, but I’m a believer! I also replaced sugar beverages with stevia. Eventually I’ll try liquid ACV diluted in water recipe.

Yuri, thanks for all that you do man. I would love your input on amla powder and magnesium. I dropped my a1c from 9.5 to 6.5 in 3 months by adding them along with intermittent fasting. Pretty amazing.

Thanks! 🙂 This was a great video, so informative. I know personally the cinnamon works “cinnamon bark” not normal from the store. I was about to start drinking the apple cider vinegar with lemon this week. Glad to find out it is great for so many things. I have also been doing burst training in the morning thanks for explaining this stuff better.

For HIIT, I like to climb the stairs at work. I go up about 5 flights then I take a break and do 5 more. My heart rate goes up. Is that a good form of exercise?

Thank you for making these very helpful videos. I was diagnosed with diabetes a year ago. Going on ketogenic diet, intermittent/extended fasting and using these top natural remedies I successfully reversed my diabetes in six months. God bless you!

      Organic apple cider vinegar
      Potato starch
      Cinnamon
      Bitter melon

My A1C is 5.2 without medications but keep in mind that ketogenic lifestyle and fasting is essential! Please check out Dr. Jason Fung videos here on youtube. He was my greatest inspiration. He saved my life!

I take 2 cap full in the morning and I chase it down with water, my question is how often should I take it? Every morning? Every other day? I heard that it also messes up your insides because it’s to acidic.

After watching a few videos by Yuri, I decided to replace Metformin (had tummy issues with it) with ACV and stevia. I’ve been taking ACV capsules for almost two weeks then had blood work at a lab. I haven’t been able to lose any weight. That along with reducing sugar intake… my blood glucose was 21 points lower than my blood work 3 months prior! I cannot verify it was the ACV only or a combination of what I’m doing, but I’m a believer! I replaced sugar laden drinks with stevia ‘water drops’. Eventually I’ll try liquid ACV diluted in water recipes. I’m a believer! Now I’m going to try more of his ‘remedies’. Thank you Yuri!
