Mam, nte marriage kazhinjit 6 years ayi. Am now 28yrs. And am in Dubai. I was diagnosed with PCOS last year. My insulin level was very high. Am under treatment now for infertility. Now am taking metformin 750mg 2times a day. And also am taking Pregnacare, Bio-Q and folic acid tablets daily. Doctor tested my hormones TSH, LH, FSH, AMH, and all seems to be normal. Doctor told us to wait for 2 more months and go for an IUI.

Only use ceylon cinnamon.. Dont use cassia cinnamon available in shops..
