Vitrectomy for Diabetic Retinopathy | TRD | Vitreous Haemorrhage | Dr Manish Nagpal
This is a patient having diabetic retinopathy and has developed a vitreous haemorrhage along with tractional retinal detachment .. Vitrectomy is done and the haemorrhage is cleared. Proliferations and tractional components are carefully dissected with the cutter and forceps. Once the traction is released, diathermy is done to stop any active bleeders . Extensive 360 degree endolaser is done to regress the retinopathy and prevent recurrent vitreous bleed | Dr Manish Nagpal | Retina Foundation | www.retinafoundation.com
