How I Manage My Gestational Diabetes | What I Eat for Breakfast | K’s Mum

Hi everybody! In this video I talk about a simple rule of thumb that I follow when it comes to managing my gestational diabetes thru diet. I also give a couple of examples of what I eat for breakfast to give an idea as to how I apply my "rule of thumb" so I can eat properly while maintaining blood sugar levels within target.

    Great video thank you:) you explained the principle behind the way you eat so well..I’m type 1 diabetic and find following a similar way of eating makes my blood sugars easier to control but as you said you can still eat the exact same thing and experience variation in your results at times so it’s all a balancing act.

      Just wonderful, I’ve been looking for “diabetes diets plans” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Deyophia Vanackenzie Remedy – (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got excellent results with it.

      I actually did not do much calculation because I hated having to do that. Once I knew what and how much carbs I could tolerate well, I just stuck to it and just ate more of the non-carb food.

      Eats and treats with Eugenia you can do steak or bacon, Greek yogurt with berries, protein smoothie or cheese with avocado in the mornings… there’s so many options other than eggs. Google low carb foods, the options are endless!
